Established in 2001, L Capital Asia is a private equity fund sponsored by the LVMH Group and Groupe Arnault, investing in clothing, jewelry, deluxe watch and cosmetic products. Huang Hanji, managing director for Greater China at L Capital, has invested in five companies including Emperor Watch & Jewellery Ltd. He is also a director of Emperor Watch & Jewellery Ltd. Before joining L Capital, Huang worked with D.E. Shaw Co., Affinity Equity Partners and Intel Capital.
